Process & Techstack
My user-centered design approach focuses on delivering products that meet user needs through a structured and iterative process. I begin by understanding users and their context through research methods like interviews, surveys, and journey mapping, which inform personas and problem definitions. From there, I define requirements, prioritize features, and explore solutions using tools like Figma / Framer / Webflow.
Usability testing and feedback ensure an intuitive experience, while close collaboration with developers maintains a user-centric focus.
Post-launch, I monitor performance and gather feedback to drive continuous improvement, ensuring my designs align with what the users expect.

About me
I’m Jay, a UX designer based in London with 13 years of experience shaping digital products. I started my career designing for large banking and gaming clients, where I developed a solid foundation in crafting intuitive solutions for complex systems. In recent years, I’ve focused on Web3, helping crypto projects create interfaces that are functional, fast, and easy to use.
I take a practical approach to design, combining what I’ve learned from traditional industries with the flexibility needed for emerging technologies. My goal is always to create experiences that feel seamless and straightforward for users.
Outside of work, I’m interested in exploring tools like Blender and Framer, staying up to date on design trends, and keeping an eye on the crypto space. If you’re looking for thoughtful design that delivers, let’s connect.
